Announcing this Summer's SUP Yoga Schedule

Summer is around the corner! I'm excited to announce that I'm teaching stand up paddle board (SUP) yoga at both Bear Creek Lake Park and Evergreen Lake again this summer. Classes kickoff on Thursday, June 1 on Evergreen Lake.

SUP yoga is one of my favorite activities, because it combines the healthy benefits of outdoor recreation with the fundamentals of asana practice in a way that is accessible to all experience levels. Enjoy the serenity of taking your yoga on the water!

Join me at Big Soda Lake in Bear Creek Lake Park in Lakewood on most Sundays from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time starting June 4. Register through Rocky Mountain Paddle Board here. Click Book Now, then select SUP Yoga Lakewood. Please note that I'll be out of town and not teaching the classes on July 23, August 6, and September 3.

Join me at Evergreen Lake in Evergreen on Thursdays. Classes alternate between evening (6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) and morning (9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.) starting next week, June 1. Register through Evergreen Park and Recreation here. Scroll down past the Sunrise SUP Yoga classes to get to my classes. Please note that another teacher has classes at the lake on Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings.

If you're completely new to SUP and want some time getting comfortable on the board before jumping into yoga, join one of my monthly clinics at Evergreen Lake (held one Friday per month at 3:00 p.m.), or schedule a private class with me. For a private class, reply to this email to coordinate a date and time with me. All classes include the necessary equipment.
