Pawsitive Perspectives
Life Lessons from the Shelter Dog Who Became Queen

Ever wonder how a dog sees the world? In Pawsitive Perspectives, Ella, a spirited German Shorthaired Pointer mix, takes us on a journey through 15 transformative years alongside her human, Carrie.

They face everything from dating mishaps to health scares, starting a business, and moving to the mountains. Through it all, Ella's zest for life, unwavering loyalty, and determination in the face of her own challenges teach valuable lessons about resilience, finding joy, and the profound impact a dog can have on our lives.

"Pawsitive Perspectives: Life Lessons from the Shelter Dog Who Became Queen by Carrie Lehtonen is a precious gem of a book. Written through the perspective of Ella, Carrie's canine soulmate, this book illuminates the deep, sacred, and precious relationship between two souls...one human and one dog.  This book is a heartfelt and eloquent expression of how much we can learn, share, and cherish when deeply connected with our animal companions. I felt every emotion as I read this book. It is a precious gift to the world." – Deb Matlock, Humane Educator, Wild Rhythms, LLC
