The Yogic Path (4-part series)
Tuesdays, Oct. 1 - 22

I turned to yoga 14 years ago to help me recover from knee surgery. I didn't know at the time that yoga would transform me and my life.

In the U.S., yoga is often thought of as a form of exercise, but there's much more to it than the asanas (physical postures). The eight limbs of yoga cover everything from how you relate to others to finding bliss.

If those parts of yoga are not as familiar to you, join me for this four-part series on Tuesdays October 1 - 22 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time to explore the eight limbs of yoga as described by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras.

Each week, we'll explore two of the eight steps on the yogic path through discussion and practice. Learn how each step is relevant to you, and how you can apply the principles to find more joy in your daily life.

October 1 - Yamas and Niyamas

October 8 - Asana and Pranayama

October 15 - Pratyahara and Dharana

October 22 - Dhyana and Samadhi

All sessions will be held via Zoom so that you can join from wherever you are. If you can't attend all sessions live, recordings will be provided to those who register.

Self-Care in Stressful Times Workshop
Wednesday, November 6

In the modern-day environment, we experience constant uncertainty, changing expectations, long periods of sitting, fast food meals that we grab on the go, long periods of time on the computer, isolation, and unclear boundaries between work and home with hybrid work.

These conditions have been shown to be harmful to our mental and physical well-being. Self-care is a necessity, not a luxury. Become more present and in tune with your mind and body, so you can thrive!

Effective tools and resources can help you identify your most prevalent stressors, incorporate simple mindfulness techniques into your everyday life, and find new ways to cope with stress to create more positivity and holistic well-being.

In this 75-minute workshop offered via Zoom on Wednesday, November 6 at 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time, you will be able to:

  • Define and explain the stress response and stress process

  • Identify your top stressors and create an action plan to cope and set healthy boundaries

  • Practice effective self-care techniques

 Register for only $25 here.
