The holiday season has arrived! While it can be jolly, this time of year can also be hectic and overwhelming. The days are shorter, and the to-do lists are longer. You might feel overcommitted and frazzled. Amid shifting schedules, parties to attend, and projects to wrap up, it can be harder to stay on track with your wellness routines.
