In my Earth Day post last week, I wrote about how what you eat impacts the planet. Most people adopt veganism for personal health, because they love animals, or to protect the planet. Those who value at least two of the three are the most likely to stick with it. All three are important to me, so it hasn’t been that challenging for me to remain plant-based all these years. Also, I value progress over perfection and don’t beat myself up if I decide to order tiramisu at an Italian restaurant.
