Spring and Summer Events and Workshops

May through August

We're excited to offer in-person events to help you connect to yourself, others, and nature, and online classes and workshops for both individuals and yoga teachers. There's something for everyone with walking, hiking, yoga, and stand-up paddle boarding. Satisfy your longing for a connection to nature as you explore all that Colorado has to offer. Tap into nature's ability to inspire.

Experiencing mindful time outdoors to attune with nature's cycles is a powerful way to reduce stress, improve well-being, and find more joy in life! The average American spends 11 hours per day on a screen, and more than 90% of their lives indoors. Unplug and join us outside to rejuvenate your soul.

Register here for one class for $15 or the set of four for $48.

Girl Hiking in Mountains

1/2 Day Hiking & Yoga Retreat
Date TBD

If you can't get away for a full week or weekend for a retreat, join us for this half day retreat in Evergreen, Colorado.

We kick off the morning with a group hike at Alderfer / Three Sisters Park, followed by a yin yoga and meditation workshop.

There are lots of great options at Alderfer/Three Sisters for hikes ranging from an easy stroll to a strenuous climb. There are restrooms at the trailhead. We'll decide on the trail as a group.

After the hike, we'll move through a 60-minute yin yoga practice to help recover from our hike. This practice is suitable for all levels and involves holding in stretches (on the floor) for three to five minutes. Yin is appropriate for all levels. Class will include a brief meditation to help you get clear on what you want more of in your life.

Registration will open as soon as a date is set.
