Autumn Escape: Maine Yoga & Hiking Retreat
Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park

October 3 - 7, 2026

We're excited to introduce a new retreat destination this Fall. Join us for a 5-day/4-night escape to Maine's coast to enjoy the autumn colors.

We’ll spend our mornings exploring the quiet side of Acadia National Park and our afternoons with guided meditation, yoga, and an optional kayaking tour. This retreat is about grounding ourselves as the seasons shift—balancing the rugged energy of the Maine coast with the stillness of the forest. As the maples turn fire-red and the air turns crisp, we invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

This retreat is intentionally small, limited to eight participants, to ensure a personalized experience and connection with your fellow travelers.

What to Expect

This week in Maine will include:

  • Daily yoga classes appropriate for all levels, including energizing practices and yin yoga to recuperate and restore

  • Nourishing meals beginning with dinner on Saturday evening and ending with breakfast on the last morning (lunches are not included)

  • Four nights of lodging at the Orchard House

  • Optional group activities such as a hike in Acadia National Park, a sunrise drive up Cadillac Mountain, and a coastal sunset kayaking tour

A full schedule of meals, yoga classes, and group activities will be provided closer to the retreat dates.

Our Host Location:
The Orchard House

Set on one and a half peaceful acres in the historic village of Hulls Cove, The Orchard House is a quintessential 19th-century Maine farmhouse. Graced by heirloom apple trees and fragrant white pines, the property offers a sense of history and stillness that is increasingly rare.

You can welcome the day’s glorious sunrise over the Porcupine Islands from the upstairs bedroom windows, or enjoy a quiet tea on the unique, grand-piano-shaped deck. A short, two-minute stroll down a quiet private lane brings you directly to the seashore—perfect for beachcombing for sea glass or simply listening to the rhythm of the tide.

Neighboring Acadia National Park’s scenic carriage roads are perfect for walking or biking. Bar Harbor's shops and restaurants are only a few minutes’ drive away. The free Island Explorer Shuttle bus stops in Hulls Cove and will take you into town, into Acadia, and all over the island.
