Private Classes
Receive customized one-on-one instruction in the comfort of your own home. I will work with you to design a class or program that meets your needs, whether you are new to yoga and want to learn the poses before entering a studio or group class; are recovering from an injury and require modifications; or are a seasoned yogi who wants the convenience of practicing in your own home.

Please note, in-home classes are only available if you live within 20 miles of Evergreen, Colorado. Zoom classes are available if you are located outside the area.
Stand Up Paddleboard
(SUP) Yoga
Experience Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga on the calm waters of Big Soda Lake in Bear Creek Lake Park in Lakewood, CO.
Regular classes are on Sundays from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time from May 24 through September 6. Classes include all necessary equipment. We'll practice yoga poses that incorporate strength, balance, core stability, and flexibility. SUP yoga combines the health benefits of outdoor recreation with the fundamentals of asana practice in a way that is accessible to all experience levels. Enjoy the tranquility of taking your yoga practice out on the water!

NEW this Season: Evening SUP Yin Yoga on Tuesdays, June 16, July 14, and August 11 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. These sessions offer a gentle, meditative alternative to traditional paddleboard yoga, focusing on deep relaxation and mental clarity. Yin Yoga is practiced primarily while sitting or lying down. This makes it highly accessible—no standing balance is required. We will hold each pose for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing us to target the fascia and connective tissues for deep release.

Yoga for the Desk Worker
If you sit at a desk working on the computer all day, or spend a lot of time in the car driving, this five-week one-on-one yoga series is for you. Receive individualized instruction in the comfort of your own home using Zoom.
The series is designed to help relieve an achy back, release tension from areas of the body that are consistently tight, improve mobility and flexibility, and bring strength back to areas that are under-utilized. ​
