Ignite Your Life: The Longevity Retreat
Core Retreat: February 19 - 21, 2027
Add the night of Feb. 18 for a VIP experience
Nathrop, Colorado
We are thrilled to announce the return of Firefly’s annual winter retreat—this time with a focus on the science and art of longevity. This marks the start of our Longevity Series, a collection of experiences designed to help you not only live longer but also live better.

Why Focus on Longevity?
Aging is inevitable, but how you age is often within your control. This weekend is designed to bridge the gap between where you are now and the vibrant, mobile future you deserve. Through a curated blend of movement, nature, and community, you will leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and equipped with the daily habits that support a long, healthy life.

The Longevity Pillars of Our Retreat:
-
Move to Thrive: Our daily Yoga to Thrive classes are designed to combat age-related decline by sharpening body awareness and building the four essentials of independence: flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance.
-
Restore the Nervous System: In the afternoons, we’ll transition into stillness with yin yoga and guided meditations. By regulating your nervous system, you reduce chronic stress—a primary driver of cellular aging.
-
The Power of Geothermal Soaking: Rejuvenate your body in the therapeutic mineral waters of Mt. Princeton. Soaking in natural hot springs has been shown to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote deep, restorative sleep, which is essential for cellular repair.
-
Nature as Medicine: Whether you choose to hike or snowshoe through the Rockies, you’ll be practicing a core habit of centenarians worldwide. Moving your body in the fresh mountain air at altitude challenges your cardiovascular system, while the "forest bathing" effect lowers cortisol and boosts immune function.
-
Nurturing the Gut: Explore the hidden engine of your health in our optional Microbiome Workshop. You’ll learn simple, science-backed ways to improve your gut health, which is now recognized as a critical factor in healthy aging and cognitive clarity.
Choose Your Experience – Go VIP:
Elevate your stay by arriving a day early for an exclusive pre-retreat experience, giving you extra time to settle into the mountain rhythm.

Join us to ignite your life, master the habits of health, and discover what it truly means to thrive. Firefly retreats are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world.

Host location: Mt Princeton
Hot Springs Resort
Our host location is Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort, located three hours from Denver between Buena Vista and Salida, and at the foot of the Collegiate peaks of the Rocky Mountains. Indulge in the multiple pools fed by 100% natural hot springs, treat yourself at the spa, and enjoy meals that provide the nourishment you'll need for yoga and hiking.

Reconnect with yourself in the serene natural environment. Take the opportunity to rest, replenish, and renew yourself as you discover beauty, inspiration, and history around every corner.

As part of the retreat, you will have access to the Spa, Club, and hot springs. Enjoy the Soaking Pool, Infinity Pool, and the hot springs in Chalk Creek, a must-do at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort. These pools are located right in the midst of the cool rushing waters of Chalk Creek. Each pool is fed by its own natural geothermal hot spring that bubbles up into the actual creek bed and into circles of stones that create natural pools. Control the temperature by simply removing a few stones to allow cooler water to rush in.

The Spa and Club is the place to get away from it all. Enjoy the steam rooms, saunas, plus guest- and adult-only hot spring pools. Enjoy the Juice Bar inside before or after your Spa appointment to unwind in style. Professional and personable, licensed massage therapists have a gift for making you feel comfortable and a knack for relaxing your body’s hidden tensions. Specialists in medicinal massage and oriental body work, they are highly skilled in cranial massage, myofascial release, and reflexology. Exfoliating salt scrubs and deep tissue massage are also favorites of Mount Princeton guests.
