Group Coaching Program

Are you currently on a path that is leading you towards your wellness vision?

 

If not, take some time to reorient, realign and recognize that food can be medicine, and an expression of self-love.

 

You know that what you eat is one of the biggest factors in your overall wellbeing. However, changing how you eat is not easy! If you've tried making changes to your diet on your own, you know what I mean.

 

Food is an incredibly personal and intimate part of who we are. What we eat is wrapped up in our culture, social relationships, and upbringing. Because of this, our habits around food can be the most difficult to change. 

 

One of the biggest indicators of health is our community. I decided to make this particular topic the focus of a group coaching program since community helps to build systems, transforming words to actions, and actions to habits.

 

In this Group Program, Whole Foods for Whole Health, we'll support each other in incorporating more whole, plant-based foods. 

 

With every bite, you can improve your life.

Group Program Includes:

  • 60-minute group session every week via Zoom for four weeks held on Wednesdays at 4:00 PM PDT / 5:00 PM MDT / 6:00 PM CDT / 7:00 PM EDT from June 8 - 29, 2022*

  • Coaching and support to help you incorporate more whole, plant-based foods into your diet

  • Simple, informative handouts 

  • Weekly newsletter

  • Private Facebook Group to engage with fellow participants and ask questions

*If you miss a session, you'll have access to the recording for up to 2-weeks after the conclusion of the group program.

This group program will run as long as we have at least four participants, and it is capped at 12 people.

For more on what to expect, see a sample schedule below for the Zoom sessions. Depending on the group's needs and interests, the topics covered each week are flexible. If there's time, we may also discuss other aspects of a plant-based lifestyle.

Week 1

​By taking a time-out from your day-to-day routine, that can sometimes feel like auto-pilot, you have a better chance of tapping into what you truly want. 

In the first session, we'll discuss the importance of connecting to your 'why' for wanting to incorporate more whole foods into your diet.

You'll have an opportunity to set and share your intention, and receive inspiration and motivation to support you in your journey.

Week 2

In the second weekly Zoom session, we'll review the benefits of a whole, plant-based diet. 

We'll define what "whole foods" and "plant-based" mean, and what to look for when reading food labels. 

Share your own experiences and challenges with food and receive support in working towards your goals. Develop a deeper understanding of the food choices that work best for you.

Week 3

In week three, we'll dive into meal planning, shopping, and touch on other options to support healthy eating (such as meal delivery services). 

As a group, we'll share best practices for planning that will enable you to upgrade your kitchen for more whole, plant-based eating.

 

We'll discuss getting the nutrients your body needs. This session will also cover tips for eating out.

 

Week 4

During our final group Zoom meeting, we'll dive deeper into cooking and recipes. 

We'll talk about ideas for meals (including how to swap out ingredients to make your favorite dishes plant-based), and the crowding out method. 

Discover a whole new world by increasing the variety of plant-based foods you incorporate. It's about abundance rather than focusing on what you can't eat.

Total Investment: $199*

*Represents a 17% savings when paid in full at the start of the program. Or you have the option to pay $60/week.
