Self Awakening Yoga (SAY) and Journaling Workshop

Monday, December 12 - Online via Zoom - 5:15 - 6:30 PM Mountain Time

To help you cope with any challenges that you're facing, I'm offering one of Firefly's most popular workshops online again.

Join me as I guide you through a Self-Awakening Yoga (SAY) practice to connect with your body, followed by meditation and journaling to reflect on your year and set intentions for 2023.

SAY is an inquiry-based style of yoga involving slow, intentional movements, which is suitable for all levels, and intended to get you more in tune with your body. We'll practice letting go, and then opening the heart to enable you to move forward liberated to let your light shine. We'll join in mediation and journaling to reflect on learnings from the past twelve months, and to outline what you want to invite in next.

Registration is closed.

Ice Skating Social

Friday, January 13, 2023

Let's get together to have some fun! I'm so grateful to you for supporting Firefly Community and believing in our mission.

Please join us for a special event at Evergreen Lake. Let's socialize and have fun together ice skating on the lake, followed by an optional happy hour. Get ready to have a blast!

One of the best places in Colorado to ice skate is Evergreen Lake. This zamboni-groomed outdoor ice rink is just a half hour from downtown Denver. This magnificent field of ice is situated amid ponderosa pine-covered mountains and Evergreen Golf Course, and a short walk to downtown Evergreen, making skating at Evergreen Lake a truly memorable experience.

Bring your own skates, or you can rent them at the lake for $10/pair. Registration is closed.

New Year Restorative Yoga and Journaling Workshop

Monday, January 2 via Zoom - 6:45 - 8:00 PM Mountain Time

Join me as I guide you through a restorative yoga practice, followed by meditation and journaling. Reflect on 2022 and release any negative energy you're holding in your body, so you can move into 2023 with intention.

This style of yoga is suitable for all levels, and will help you release, relax and restore, preparing you for a great night's sleep!

We'll practice letting go, and opening the heart. We'll join in mediation and journaling to reflect on learnings from the past year, and outline your intentions for the future.

Registration is closed.

Yoga to Thrive

Fridays, January 20, February 17 and March 24 via Zoom - 12:00 - 1:00 PM Mountain Time

Join Carrie for this online yoga class designed to keep you mobile and agile so that you can age gracefully, maintain range of motion, and stay active and injury-free. Increase body-awareness and improve your overall well-being by engaging in a practice that combines intentional movements with strength-building and balance. This isn’t your typical yoga class – Carrie has taken multiple styles of yoga and combined them to create a well-rounded practice that is appropriate for all levels, and does not require any experience with yoga.

Register for one class for $15 or set of three for $36. Note: If you have a class pack with Firefly, punches can be used towards these classes. If you can't attend live, you'll receive a link to the recording for registering.
