Summer Events and Workshops
Starting June 1, 2023
We're excited to offer in-person events to help you connect to yourself, others and nature, and online workshops for both individuals looking to improve their overall wellbeing and yoga teachers who are ready to take their business to the next level. There's something for everyone with walking, hiking, yoga, and stand up paddle boarding. Satisfy your longing for a connection to nature as you explore all that Colorado has to offer. Tap into nature's ability to inspire.
Experiencing mindful time outdoors to attune with nature's cycles is a powerful way to reduce stress, improve well-being, and find more joy in life! The average American spends 11 hours per day on a screen, and more than 90% of their lives indoors. Unplug and join us outside to rejuvenate your soul. Stand Up Paddleboard Classes
June 1 - August 31
Experience Colorado's freshest water sport, Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP), held on the calm waters of Evergreen Lake in Evergreen, CO, and Big Soda Lake in Bear Creek Lake Park in Lakewood, CO.
We'll practice yoga poses to incorporate strength, balance, core, and flexibility. One of the fastest-growing water sports, SUP yoga combines the healthy benefits of outdoor recreation with the fundamentals of asana practice in a way that is accessible to all experience levels. Enjoy the serenity of taking your yoga practice out on the water!
2023 SUP classes start on June 1.
Join me for SUP Yoga on Thursdays at Evergreen Lake at 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (alternating weeks), and on Sundays at Bear Creek Lake Park at 8:30 AM. Classes are 90 minutes and include all necessary equipment.
Register for Bear Creek through Rocky Mountain Paddle Board at this site. Click Book Lakewood and select SUP Yoga.
Register for Evergreen Lake through Evergreen Park and Rec (scroll down past Sunrise SUP Yoga to get to my classes).
If you're completely new to SUP and want some time getting comfortable on the board before jumping into yoga, join one of my monthly clinics at Evergreen Lake (held on Fridays June 16, July 14 and August 18 at 3:00 p.m.)

1/2 Day Hiking & Yoga Retreat
Date TBD
If you can't get away for a full week or weekend for a retreat, join us for this half day retreat in Evergreen, Colorado.
We kick off the morning with a group hike at Alderfer / Three Sisters Park, followed by a yin yoga and meditation workshop.
There are lots of great options at Alderfer/Three Sisters for hikes ranging from an easy stroll to a strenuous climb. There are restrooms at the trailhead. We'll decide on the trail as a group.
After the hike, we'll move through a 60-minute yin yoga practice to help recover from our hike. This practice is suitable for all levels and involves holding in stretches (on the floor) for three to five minutes. Yin is appropriate for all levels. Class will include a brief meditation to help you get clear on what you want more of in your life.
Registration will open as soon as a date is set.
