For the cleanse, you can elect the 7-day reset, 9-day deep cleanse (this ends up being a total of 11 days with two shake days before the first cleanse day), or the 30-day system.
Cleanse Your Body
For the Spring Cleanse, we'll use Isagenix products. Nourish your body’s natural detoxification systems with products that aid in improved digestion, increased energy, improved sleep, reduced cravings, and improved mental clarity.
You have the option to do the 7-day Reset, 9-day Deep Cleanse or 30-day system. Price depends on your selection. Read more about each option below.

Along with cleansing the body, we'll make a commitment to spend time each day in meditation or mindfulness. Set your own goal for how, when, where and how long you will find stillness in your day, and we'll support each other in our individual process.
Mindfulness and mediation are personal to each of us, so pick what works best for you so that you can stick with it throughout the month. If you'd like some ideas, refer to the Group Support materials.

Your Coach
The coach for this program is Carrie Lehtonen, the Founder of Firefly Community. Carrie has been utilizing the Isagenix system for many years, and has used both the 9-day deep cleanse and 30-day system. After following the 30-day system in March of 2022, Carrie has maintained her ideal weight, cut back on sugar consumption, and experienced more energy.
