Spend an inspiring weekend in the Rocky Mountains!
Get away to the mountains of Colorado to reconnect to yourself in the great outdoors. This retreat has it all: yoga, hiking, and SUP, within a long weekend (Thursday to Sunday)! Grand Lake is the ultimate place to experience summer in the Rockies - located only two hours from Denver and just outside Rocky Mountain National Park (accessible directly from our host lodge), with a historic downtown, and two beautiful lakes perfect for paddle boarding!
Wake up each day in a beautiful cabin surrounded by nature. Start the day with a vinyasa yoga class to energize you for the adventures awaiting outside your door.
Take full advantage of all the amenities located within Grand Lake Lodge, and join in the adventure with group hikes and optional paddle boarding on the lake. Enjoy the fresh mountain air while getting a great workout hiking at altitude with hundreds of routes to explore in Rocky Mountain National Park, and Arapahoe and Roosevelt National Forests. Take your yoga to a new level by practicing SUP yoga on the lake (optional activity).
If relaxation is what you have in mind, lounge around by the pool, or take a stroll down Grand Lake's historic boardwalk with over 60 shops, restaurants, and galleries. The opportunities for a true Colorado experience are endless in Grand Lake, a town at an elevation of 8,369 feet, with unmatched breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains, surrounded by abundant wildlife and sprawling greenery.
Wind down in the evening with a yin yoga practice to stretch and recover from the day's adventure. Join in guided meditations designed to help you let go, get clear on what you want more of in your life, and create a vision for your future.
